Pilgrimage 2010
The Cathedral Pilgrimage to Palestine scheduled for last April didn’t make the journey because the volcanic ash caused flight cancellations.
The American Cathedral is pleased to announce that we have rescheduled the Pilgrimage for April 27-May 5, 2011.
The Cathedral has a companionship with the Arab Evangelical Episcopal School in Ramallah, and we will visit the school and community in the West Bank. We are also planning to spend several days in Jerusalem visiting the major Holy Land sights with the opportunity to worship together.
We have arranged speakers to heighten our awareness of the political, historical and cultural situation as it affects not only the people of Palestine but also the region as a whole. The cost for the trip is approximately €1800 (includes air fare, hotels, all meals, donations and tips).
