Saint Anne’s Guild
The Guild fosters and promotes a sense of community among women at the American Cathedral, expatriate and French women in Paris, and women around the world, especially those whose lives, health, freedom and well-being are insecure or threatened. The Guild raises awareness of issues affecting women through a speaker series addressing specific topics affecting women and their dependents -- their partners, parents, children and grandchildren -- and through activities to educate Cathedral children on the Christian ethic and religious traditions.

Staff
The Cathedral staff assists the Dean in enabling the work of the many dedicated volunteers who serve the vast range of Cathedral ministries and programs. The staff also helps the Dean in managing the complex day-to-day operations of the Cathedral.

Stewardship
All that we have is a gift of an extravagantly generous God. We are called to be good stewards of all that God has given us in this life. In thanksgiving for the blessings that God has bestowed upon us, we are called to return a portion of our time, talent and treasure to the Church for the work of love in a hurting world. In financial terms, all parishioners are encouraged to give a percentage of income in the form of a pledge to the Cathedral annually. The biblical tithe (10%) serves as a guide and touchstone in the journey toward proportionate giving. The Stewardship Committee is the coordinating group for the Annual Pledge Appeal, Development, and Friends of the American Cathedral Committees.

Sundays at 6
Sundays at Six is the Cathedral’s alternative worship service, at 6:00 PM every Sunday. A Eucharistic service, it makes use of contemporary language and a wide variety of musical styles in a relaxed setting. For those who prefer to sleep in on Sundays or who want to experience church in a more intimate setting.
